1. Seller identification
The owner of revoclima.shop (trading as «REVOCLIMA») is Italo Kaue Duarte do Nascimento, a sole trader (Spanish autónomo), with Spanish tax ID (NIF/NIE) Z1520645M and registered address at Avenida Via Júlia 11, 4º 2ª, 08042 Barcelona (Spain). Contact: info@revoclima.com and +34 611 52 13 70.
2. Products and service area
We sell air-conditioning units with installation included. Online purchase and payment are only available within our installation area: the provinces of Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona. Outside that area we offer a personalised quote.
3. Prices and VAT
Displayed prices include the applicable VAT and standard installation under normal access conditions. It is the closed reference price.
4. Installation price adjustments
The final amount may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the work, distance, additional metres of piping or trunking and the required materials. Any adjustment is agreed with you before installation.
5. Reservation and payment
To reserve your installation you pay a 50% deposit online of the displayed price via secure payment (Stripe). The remaining 50% is paid on completion, adjusted to the actual conditions. The payment methods enabled in the gateway are accepted.
6. Confirmation and timing
After payment you receive a reservation confirmation. We contact you to arrange the installation date based on availability and access conditions. The reservation does not guarantee a specific date until confirmed.
7. Warranties
Units carry the current legal warranty (up to 3 years under regulations). Installation by REVOCLIMA includes a 12-month commercial warranty on labour under normal conditions of use.
8. Withdrawal and returns
You have a right of withdrawal under consumer regulations, with the particularities of installation services. See timeframes and exceptions in the Returns and refunds policy.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
