1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase of a product without justification, under applicable consumer regulations.
2. Installation services already started
If you expressly request that installation begins before the withdrawal period ends and the service is fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal over that service once provided. If it is in progress, the proportional part already carried out may be charged.
3. Installed or customised products
Withdrawal may not apply to units that, due to their installation or adaptation, cannot be returned in their original condition. In those cases the legal warranty for defects applies.
4. Cancelling the reservation before installation
If you cancel the reservation before installation begins and within the legal period, we refund the 50% deposit paid. Only justified costs already incurred at your request will be deducted, if any.
5. How to withdraw or request a return
Let us know by email at info@revoclima.com stating your name, the reservation details and, if you wish, the reason. We will confirm receipt and the next steps.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method used, at no extra cost to you, as soon as possible and within at most 14 calendar days from acceptance of the withdrawal, under applicable regulations.
7. Defective or non-conforming products
If the unit is defective or non-conforming, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the legal warranty. Contact us and we'll handle it.
